Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and access will continue until the end of the billing period.

Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase, subject to our refund policy.

All content, including signals, analysis, software, and documentation, is the property of TestedSignals and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without express written permission.

TestedSignals shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, or data loss.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms or any other reason, with or without notice.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
